Ad sales
Work under direction of Shuffle public relations to contact potential advertisers. Before September 15 sell ads for Shuffle program.

Must have smart serve. Get it online here.
Work under direction of Beer Co. staff. Serve draft beer, mixed drinks, wine, soft drinks and water. Ensure alcohol is consumed responsibly by patrons.

Bar assistants
Under the direction of the Beverage Services Manager your volunteer duties include • Keep the bar area clean: wiping tables, monitoring garbage cans and recycling bins • When containers are full, dispose as directed by the Beverage Services Manager replace with empty bags; garbage bags to dumpster, recycled items to designated areas.

Drink ticket Sales
Work with bar manager and venue manager to sell beer, water and soft drink tickets.
Smart Serve is preferred. Get it online here.

Some experience is required.  Monitor entrances and exits. Enforce capacity regulations and control unruly patrons.

Information Booth
Help patrons with venue information collect contact information for demographics – name, email, home town.

Merchandise sales
Sell Shuffle and artist merchandise. help artists with autograph sessions

Stage assistant
Work under direction of sound engineer and assistant to stage manager, to set up for artists move equipment. help sound technicians during sets.

Ticket sales
Staff tables at venues. Sell festival wrist bands. Ensure patrons have a wrist band upon entry. Notify runner when cash pick up is necessary.

Will Call window staff
Check in those who purchased online through Internet based tracking supply wrist bands to purchasers, inform venue manager when wrist band supply is low.

Check with various venue managers, ticket takers, and merchandise personnel of any needs, retrieve and deliver from main hall.
